Fusiderm cream is used to treat skin infections caused by bacteria, especially infections caused by staphylococci, such as boils, infected wounds, and bacterial dermatitis. This cream contains fusidic acid, an antibiotic that works to stop the growth of bacteria that cause skin infections. Fusiderm is used topically on the affected area 2 to 3 times daily, as directed by a doctor. It is advised not to use
