Levoxin is used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections. This medicine contains levofloxacin, which belongs to the fluoroquinolone antibiotic family. Levoxin is mainly used to treat respiratory tract infections such as pneumonia and acute sinusitis, urinary tract infections, and certain strains of skin and soft tissue infections.
