Omepral is used to treat gastric ulcer disease, gastroesophageal reflux disease, relieve heartburn and other symptoms associated with gastroesophageal reflux disease, erosive esophagitis, treat and prevent relapse, prevent and treat gastric and duodenal ulcers, and combination therapy for the treatment of gastric ulcer disease associated with Helicobacter pylori infection and erosions associated with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
