Claforan is used to treat a variety of conditions, such as post-myocardial infarction heart rhythm disturbances, sepsis, soft tissue infections, gonorrhea, female reproductive tract infections, local anesthesia, and meningitis.
Claforan also treats infections associated with pregnancy and childbirth, osteomyelitis, peritonitis, respiratory infections, prevention of infection during surgery, and urinary tract infections.
