Unasyn is used to treat bacterial infections caused by non-resistant bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Haemophilus influenzae, Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Acinetobacter, and Enterobacter.
Unasyn is also used to treat anaerobic bacteria that may infect areas such as the skin, abdominal cavity, urinary or reproductive system.
