UTOCLIND Vaginal Cream is a broad-spectrum antibiotic formulated to treat bacterial infections affecting the female
reproductive tract. It works by inhibiting the growth of susceptible aerobic and anaerobic bacteria responsible for
vaginal infections.
The cream helps eliminate harmful vaginal bacteria, restore the natural balance of the vaginal flora, and relieve
unpleasant symptoms such as abnormal discharge, unpleasant odor, itching, irritation, and discomfort associated with
bacterial vaginosis.

UTOCLIND Dosage
The usual recommended dose is one full applicator (approximately 5 g of cream) inserted into the vagina once daily,
preferably at bedtime. The treatment course generally lasts for 3 to 7 consecutive days, depending on the physician's
instructions.

Temporary local burning, stinging, or irritation.
Increased risk of vaginal fungal infections.
Mild gastrointestinal disturbances.
Thick or white vaginal discharge.
Contraindications of UTOCLIND
Do not use this medication if you have a known hypersensitivity to clindamycin, lincomycin, or any of the inactive
ingredients in the cream.
It is also contraindicated in women with a history of ulcerative colitis or antibiotic-associated colitis. Medical
advice should be sought before use if an active vaginal fungal infection is present.

Use During Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
This medication may be used during pregnancy, particularly during the second and third trimesters, under medical
supervision to ensure the safety of both the mother and the fetus.

Breastfeeding mothers should consult their healthcare provider before using this medication, as small amounts of
clindamycin may pass into breast milk.
Storage Conditions
Store in a cool, dry place away from excessive moisture, direct sunlight, and heat.
Store at a temperature not exceeding 25–30°C. Do not freeze.
Keep the tube tightly closed after each use and out of the reach of children.
