Lorano is used to relieve the temporary symptoms of colds and allergies, such as hay fever, allergies to pollen, dust, and other allergens. Symptoms that an allergy diagnosis may relieve include runny nose, sneezing, itchy, watery eyes, itchy nose and throat, and sinusitis.
