Loratin is used to treat seasonal allergy symptoms such as runny nose, sneezing, itchy, watery eyes, itchy nose and throat, sinus problems, dermatitis, allergic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, and skin rash and itching due to allergies.
Loratin is a second-generation H1 antihistamine drug, and is a pyridine derivative; it prevents the binding of histamine to its receptors, thus effectively reducing allergy symptoms.
