Medicine Description mesulan- 5%
Mesulan gel is used to treat inflammation and localized pain resulting from muscle and joint injuries such as muscle strain, bruises, and joint sprains. It is also used to relieve pain associated with tendonitis and lower back pain. Mesulan gel contains an active anti-inflammatory substance from the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug class that works to reduce swelling and relieve pain locally. The gel is applied to the affected area two to three times daily with gentle massage until the skin absorbs the preparation well. It should be avoided to apply it to wounds, irritated skin, or near the eyes. Mesulan is usually used for a short period according to the doctor’s instructions.
