Mesulan is used as an analgesic for acute pain, and is considered an option in treating dysmenorrhea pain.
Mesulan is also used in treating some inflammations such as rheumatoid arthritis, especially in patients who cannot tolerate taking other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
