Depreban tablets are used to treat depression. They are a medication primarily used to treat certain psychological and neurological problems. This medication improves mood and reduces the severity of depression symptoms by increasing serotonin levels in the brain, a neurotransmitter associated with improved mood and feelings of happiness. Depreban is prescribed to treat anxiety disorders such as generalized anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder, as well as panic attacks that cause sudden fear without a clear cause.
Depreban can also be used to treat some chronic pain conditions associated with the nervous system and sometimes to manage eating disorders such as bulimia nervosa.
