What are the dosages of Clindam?

- For adults: Oral doses for severe infections range from 150 to 450 mg every 6 hours. Intravenous or intramuscular injections range from 600 to 2,700 mg daily, divided into 2 to 4 doses.
- For children (over 1 month old): The dose is determined based on body weight, typically ranging from 8 to 25 mg/kg of body weight per day, divided into 3 or 4 equal doses (maximum dose is 600-900 mg per dose).
