Dolcyl is used to help type 2 diabetes patients control blood sugar levels.
Dolcyl contains active ingredients including glimepiride, which stimulates insulin secretion from the pancreas and reduces glucose production in the liver. It also increases insulin sensitivity, in addition to metformin, which reduces glucose production in the liver and intestinal absorption of glucose, in addition to increasing insulin sensitivity as well.
