Nabvolol is a selective factor beta 1 (selectively heart), Mahsralamstqublat adrenoceptor factor, and has little activity on the beta 2 receptors, which are found mainly in the muscles of the airways and blood vessels. Bestackslol reduces the strength of the heart to pump less and uninterrupted flow of blood and also makes the heart beat slower and on a regular basis. And it causes the blood vessels relax and widen, and causing lower your blood pressure
