About Etodolac A member of pyranocarboxylic acid group of NSAID, Analgesic, Anti-inflammatory. Mechanism of Action of Etodolac Etodolac is an acetic acid derivative. Etodolac produces its analgesics and anti-inflammatory actions by inhibiting Prostaglandin synthesis. It has also some COX2 selective action.
