Rescula eye drops are used to help reduce high eye pressure, especially in patients with open-angle glaucoma or asymptomatic high eye pressure. They improve the flow of fluid within the eye, which helps gradually reduce pressure and prevent damage to the optic nerve. Rescula contains isoprostenol, which contributes to increasing the natural drainage of aqueous humor from the eye, protecting vision and maintaining eye health. Rescula is placed inside the affected eye once daily, as directed by the doctor. Hands should be washed well before use, taking care not to touch the tip of the dropper to the eye to avoid contamination.
