Xola eye drops are used to help reduce high eye pressure in people with glaucoma or asymptomatic high eye pressure. They work by improving the drainage of fluid within the eye, which contributes to a gradual reduction in pressure. Xola contains an active substance belonging to the prostaglandin group, which contributes to a safe reduction in pressure by opening the natural drainage paths.
Xola eye drops are used once daily, preferably in the evening after washing hands well, taking care not to touch the tip of the bottle to the eye to avoid contamination. Treatment must be continued regularly with follow-up by a doctor to evaluate the response and maintain the effectiveness of the medication.
