Lidosine ointment is used to relieve pain resulting from nerve inflammation or pressure on the nerves. It also helps in treating muscle and joint pain resulting from muscle strain or sports injuries. The ointment works to calm the nerves and reduce the feeling of pain thanks to its components that contain local analgesics. It is also used in cases of ligament inflammation and joint sprains.
Lidosine ointment is applied to the skin in the affected area and gently massaged until it is completely absorbed. It can be used two to three times daily as needed. It should be avoided on open wounds or near the eyes. A doctor should be consulted if the pain persists or the condition worsens.
