Omnic capsules are used to treat urination problems caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in men. They help relax the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck, facilitating urine flow and reducing the urge to urinate, especially at night. They also reduce interrupted urination and the feeling of incomplete bladder emptying. Omnic belongs to the alpha-blocker group, which affects smooth muscles.
Omnic is usually taken once daily after eating. It is recommended to continue taking it as directed by your doctor and not to stop taking it suddenly to prevent symptoms from returning. The patient may need a period of regular use to notice a complete improvement. Caution should be taken when standing up suddenly, as the drug may cause dizziness or a drop in blood pressure.
