Medicine Description antodine 40mg
Antodine is used to treat cases of excessive gastric acid secretion or intractable gastric ulcers and active duodenal ulcers, and for the prophylactic treatment of duodenal ulcer patients at reduced doses after healing of the active ulcer, and for the short-term treatment of active benign gastric ulcers.
Antodine is used in cases of gastroesophageal reflux and to treat symptoms of esophageal reflux.
Antodine is also used in the short-term treatment of reflux esophagitis, including erosive or ulcerative disease diagnosed by endoscopy, and for the treatment of pathological hypersecretory conditions such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome and multiple endocrine neoplasia.
