Marevan is primarily used to reduce blood clotting and help prevent blood clots that can lead to serious health problems. This drug, known as warfarin, is a popular choice for patients who are at high risk of developing blood clots due to various causes, such as heart disorders such as atrial fibrillation, or undergoing surgery such as heart valve replacement, or even clots associated with deep vein disease in the legs.
