Dompidone is used to treat vomiting, nausea, and gastrointestinal motility disorders and to treat diabetic gastroparesis. Dompidone is used to treat symptoms associated with upper gastrointestinal motility disorders that occur as a result of diabetic gastroparesis and to prevent gastrointestinal symptoms associated with dopamine-stimulating drugs.
Dompidone is also used to prevent gastrointestinal symptoms associated with dopamine-stimulating drugs for Parkinson's disease.
