Zenomag is used to dissolve stones, as it contains the active ingredient magnesium citrate. It is available in the form of effervescent sachets, and each sachet contains 2.5 grams of anhydrous citric acid, 1 gram of anhydrous magnesium carbonate, and 1.8 grams of sodium bicarbonate.
