Azrolid tablets are used to treat infectious and inflammatory diseases caused by microorganisms sensitive to azithromycin, including upper respiratory tract infections, ear, nose and throat infections, lower respiratory tract infections, pneumonia, skin and soft tissue infections, and simple urinary tract infections caused by Chlamydia trachomatis bacteria.
Azrolid is also used in the early stage of Lyme disease, which appears as a mobile rash known as erythema migrans.
