Vegaskine-D are dextromethorphan which acts as a cough suppressant, helping to relieve coughing distress. Aspirin is a mild analgesic with anti-inflammatory properties and reduces fever. Paracetamol is a fever reducer and pain reliever. Caffeine is a central nervous system stimulant.
