Sandostatin contains the active ingredient octreotide, which is used to treat many conditions, such as treating hyperthyroidism, reducing growth hormone secretion, and treating acromegaly. It is also used to treat gastrointestinal bleeding, pituitary tumors, and diarrhea associated with the spread of cancerous tumors.

Sandostatin Uses
Sandostatin ampoules are used in the following conditions:
