Panadol Sinus tablets contain the following two active ingredients:
Paracetamol: 500 mg.
Pseudoephedrine hydrochloride: 30 mg.
In addition, tablets may contain inactive ingredients for the tablet and coating.

What is the dosage of Panadol Sinus?
Panadol Sinus tablets should be taken according to the package insert instructions or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. The usual dose for adults and children aged 12 years and over is one or two tablets every 4-6 hours as needed, not to exceed 8 tablets in any 24-hour period. The recommended dose should not be exceeded. Swallow the tablet whole with water. It is not recommended for use in children under 12 years of age except under medical supervision.
