- Adults: Half to one ampoule (250-500 mcg) 3 to 4 times daily.
- Children aged 5 to 12 years: Quarter to half ampoule (125-250 mcg) 3 to 4 times daily.
- Children under 5 years: Half to one ampoule as needed and under medical supervision.
