Loteranol Comp 5 ml eye drops. Loteranol Comp is used to treat eye infections. It is also used after eye surgery. It contains loteprednol etabonate and tobramycin. Loteprednol works to relieve the symptoms of inflammation, swelling, redness, and itching, and tobramycin works as an antibiotic in cases of eye infection.
