Paxeladine is used to relieve dry cough attacks in cases of cough resulting from exposure of the bronchi or respiratory tract to irritating substances, cough resulting from allergies such as colds or nasal allergies, cough resulting from psychological causes, cough resulting from acute infection of the bronchi, bronchitis or pneumonia.
Paxeladine also works to control cough before and after surgical operations or bronchoscopy examinations.
