Cidophage Retard helps control blood sugar levels. This medicine is considered one of the treatments for type 2 diabetes. It is used in conjunction with a diet prescribed by a doctor and exercise to improve control of blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes.
Cidophage Retard may sometimes be used in conjunction with insulin or other medications, but it is not used to treat type 1 diabetes.
