Trospium chloride is used for the treatment of overactive bladder with symptoms of urge incontinence and frequent urination. It shouldn't be used with people who retain urine, who have severe digestive conditions, myasthenia gravis, narrow-angle glaucoma, or tachyarrhythmia.
