Dosage & When it is to be taken : Osteoarthritis- Adult-PO- The recommended dose is 50 mg to be taken twice daily. Warnings and Precautions : Caution should be exercised in patients with history of liver, kidney disease, during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Monitor complete blood count, liver function, and urinalysis regularly while taking this medication. Side Effects : Diarrhea, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting and intense yellow coloring of urine.
