Side Effects of Latanoprost + Timolol 1.Increased iris pigmentation 2.Eye irritation 3.Eye pain 4.Stinging and burning sensation 5.Rarely, bradycardia, arrhythmia, CHF, bronchospasm and allergic reactions Contra-indications of Latanoprost + Timolol 1.Bronchial asthma or a history of bronchial asthma 2.Severe copd. 3.Sinus bradycardia 4.2nd or 3rd degree av block 5.Overt cardiac failure 6.Cardiogenic shock Indications for Latanoprost + Timolol 1.Ocular hypertension 2.Open-angle glaucoma Interactions for Latanoprost + Timolol 1.Additive effect on the intraocular pressure and other systemic effects may occur when used with oral ?-blockers, calcium channel blockers, guanethidine, antiarrhythmics, digitalis glycosides or parasympathomimetics. 2.Concurrent use of ?2 ophthalmic prostaglandin analogues may lead to paradoxical increase in intraocular pressure. 3.Mydriasis may occur when used concurrently with epinephrine. 4.?-blocker may increase hypoglycaemi
