Medicine Description
Lyse nasal drops are used to relieve nasal congestion caused by colds, allergies, or sinusitis. They work by shrinking the blood vessels in the lining of the nose, which reduces swelling and blockage and helps facilitate breathing. They also help reduce nasal secretions and relieve pressure in the face and head area. They are usually used for a few days only, according to the doctor's instructions or the enclosed leaflet, to avoid rebound congestion or irritation of the nasal lining.
Lyse should not be used excessively or for long periods, especially in children or people who suffer from chronic nasal or heart problems, except under medical supervision.
