Bardol oil is used to relieve muscle and joint pain resulting from fatigue or muscle spasms. It also helps relieve back and neck pain and muscle tension resulting from excessive physical activity. The oil contains a group of natural oils such as peppermint oil and eucalyptus oil, which stimulate blood circulation and provide a sensation of coolness and then warmth, which helps in soothing pain. Bardol is also used to massage the body in cases of rheumatism or simple sprains. It is applied topically to the affected area with a light massage several times a day as needed, while avoiding contact with the eyes or sensitive areas.
