Salivex-L is an antiseptic and anti-inflammatory solution used to treat mouth and throat infections. It contains antiseptic and analgesic ingredients that help relieve pain and fight local infection. Salivex-L is used to treat oral infections such as gingivitis and mucosal inflammation, as well as oral ulcers and minor sore throats caused by viral or bacterial infections. Salivex-L is also used after oral surgical procedures such as tooth extractions or gum cleanings to help prevent infection and speed healing. The solution has antiseptic properties that kill germs and reduce swelling and redness, which contributes to rapid relief for the patient. It is usually used as a mouthwash or gargle several times daily as directed by the doctor, taking care not to swallow it.
