URIMAGICTAM Tablets are used to help manage a variety of urinary tract disorders. The active ingredient works by
relaxing the smooth muscles of the bladder and reducing involuntary bladder contractions, thereby increasing bladder
capacity and delaying the sudden urge to urinate.
Regular use of these tablets helps improve quality of life by effectively controlling symptoms of urge urinary
incontinence, overactive bladder, and frequent nighttime urination. It is considered a reliable treatment option for
managing bladder overactivity while minimizing the risk of unwanted complications.

URIMAGICTAM Dosage
The usual adult dose is one 15 mg tablet twice daily. The physician may increase the dose to one tablet three times
daily depending on the patient's response and the severity of the condition. The tablets are preferably taken before
meals with an adequate amount of water.
Side Effects of URIMAGICTAM
Dry mouth, one of the most common side effects due to its antimuscarinic activity.
Temporary visual disturbances, including blurred vision or difficulty focusing on nearby objects.
Gastrointestinal disturbances such as constipation or mild indigestion.
Mild headache or a general feeling of fatigue, particularly during the first few days of treatment.
Contraindications of URIMAGICTAM
Do not use this medication if you have a known hypersensitivity to propiverine hydrochloride or any of the inactive
ingredients in the formulation.
It is contraindicated in patients with urinary retention, uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma, myasthenia gravis,
severe gastrointestinal obstruction, or significant cardiac rhythm disorders.

Use During Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
This medication should not be used during pregnancy because there is insufficient evidence to establish its safety for
the developing fetus.
