Amrizole Vial Dosage

type and severity of the infection and inflammation. The usual dose is 500 mg per 100 ml. The prophylactic dose is
given one hour before surgery, and the prophylactic period should not exceed 24 hours.
How to Administer Amrizole Injection
Amrizole vials are administered by slow intravenous infusion. The contents of the vial are added to standard
intravenous solutions such as saline or glucose solution over a period of 30-60 minutes.
Contraindications for Amrizole
- Amrizole should not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to the active ingredient.
- It should not be used in patients with liver disease except under medical supervision.
- Amrizole is contraindicated during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
- Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during treatment.
