Tolevo M.R. capsules are indicated for the management of overactive bladder (OAB) and other urinary disorders. The
medication utilizes an extended-release formulation that provides continuous delivery of the active ingredient
throughout the day, ensuring sustained therapeutic efficacy.
The medication helps reduce the sudden and urgent need to urinate while relieving the painful muscle spasms that
repeatedly affect the bladder wall. This allows patients to carry out their daily activities with greater comfort and
confidence while reducing episodes of urge urinary incontinence.

Tolevo M.R. Dosage
The usual adult dose is one 4 mg extended-release capsule once daily, or as directed by the treating physician.
The physician may reduce the dose to 2 mg once daily in patients with impaired kidney or liver function or in other
situations where dose adjustment is considered appropriate.
Patients should strictly follow the prescribed dosage and schedule and should not alter the dose or discontinue
treatment without consulting their physician.

Dry mouth and throat.
Temporary blurred vision.
Constipation or mild, temporary gastrointestinal disturbances.
Mild headache or dryness of the skin and eyes in some patients.
Contraindications of Tolevo M.R.
This medication should not be used by patients with known hypersensitivity to Tolterodine or any of the product's
ingredients.
It is also contraindicated in patients with untreated urinary retention, uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma,
myasthenia
gravis, or severe gastric retention (gastric emptying disorders), as its use may increase the risk of serious
complications.

How to Use Tolevo M.R. Correctly
Swallow the Tolevo M.R. capsule whole with a full glass of water. Do not chew, crush, or open the capsule, as doing so

The capsule may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time each day to maintain consistent therapeutic
effects.
Patients are also encouraged to drink adequate amounts of fluids and keep the mouth well hydrated, as the medication
may cause dry mouth. These measures may help reduce this common side effect.
