Fludara injections contain the active ingredient fludarabine phosphate, which works to inhibit the enzymes responsible for producing DNA in cancer cells, which helps stop their growth and proliferation. Therefore, it is used in the treatment of chronic lymphocytic leukemia of B cells and chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
