What are the doses of Flumox?
The doctor determines the appropriate dose based on each case and it usually includes the following:
- Adults: 1 gram every 8 hours.
- Children up to 10 years: 125 to 250 milligrams every 8 hours.
- Children under 40 kilograms: 20 to 40 milligrams per kilogram per day divided into doses.
- Infants under 3 months: maximum dose is 30 milligrams per kilogram per day.
