The cream contains active ingredients such as camphor and menthol, which give a cooling sensation at first, followed by a feeling of warmth. Bardol helps relax muscles and can also be used in cases of mild rheumatic pain. Apply the cream to the skin in the affected area and massage gently until completely absorbed. Use as needed, two to three times daily. Avoid contact with the eyes or open wounds.
