Tramal UAE Tramal is used to treat severe pain in cases where other treatment options have failed, are inappropriate, ineffective, or are intolerable to the patient, so that they do not provide adequate pain management. Its use is reserved for pain that responds to opioid medications and requires continuous, long-term daily treatment. Tramal is not used to treat chronic, non-cancer pain except in exceptional cases, and is not used as a pain reliever only when needed.
